      Organic Potatoes, Organic Sweet Potatoes, Organic Black Beans, Organic Red Bell Peppers, Organic Green Bell Peppers.

      Stovetop Directions: Heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Carefully add frozen vegetables. Cover: Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until read to cook. Refrigerate leftovers.
