We started Seven Sundays with simple goal: to create a breakfast that was equally nutritious and delicious so that you could savor little Sunday Morning every day of the week. We first discovered muesli (myoo- slee Swiss-German for mix ) while trekking in New Zealand on our honeymoon and have been crafting our own modern muesli mixes since our first farmers market in 2011. Our popular Wild & Free Mix was inspired by our love for foraging wild blueberries on the North Shore of Lake Superior.       Ingredients

      Gluten-free Oats, Sorghum, Buckwheat, Blueberries (blueberries, Apple Juice), Coconut, Apples, Organic Honey, Pumpkin Seeds, Chia Seeds, Lemon Extract.

      Directions

      Just add milk or make it your own. Prepare Cold: Mix equal parts muesli & milk. Enjoy immediately or cover or let soak in the fridge for 10 minutes to overnight. Prepare Hot: Mix equal parts muesli & milk or water. Microwave for 1 minute or cook on the stove for 3 minutes. Toppings: Fresh berries; yogurt; honey; nut butter.
